Finding talent: I will assist you in determining your specific needs and creating a written document that clearly states the position’s responsibilities, accountability and compensation including bonus programs that are attainable and motivating.
The job search: I will network throughout the industry and pre-qualify candidates for us to interview. I will assist in the interview process by providing conference call options, defining the interview questions, leading the interview or just being an observer. A written post interview evaluation will be provided. An analysis of various candidates’ strengths and the quality of their fit to your organization will be discussed throughout the process.
Salary and benefits package: I will assist in negotiating the chosen candidate’s compensation package.
On-boarding coaching: This
consists of six one-hour sessions will
help ensure a smoother integration into your
organization to help the person become an effective new
team member and begin contributing more quickly.
